CODE SEC. 21152(B) AND CAL CODE OF <br />REGULATIONS TITLE 14, SEC. 15062 <br />PROJECT DATA <br />Project Title: French Camp Landfill Alternative Daily Cover Demonstration Project <br />CEQA Exemption File No.: CE152-93 <br />Applicant: City of Stockton <br />Project Description/Location: The project is a one year study to determine the <br />effectiveness of the synthetic blanket, Covertech C-440, as an alternative daily <br />DETERMINATION/FINDING OF EXEMPTION <br />The above-described activity/project is exempt from the environmental assessment <br />requirements of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to the <br />following section(s) of the State CEQA Guidelines (Cal.
