The perimeter fence at the landfill has questionable integrity. There is a history . <br />of wired areas being cut and wide gaps existing in several areas. Submit a <br />description for how this site will be adequately secured. <br />FINAL COVER <br />1. Identify sources for imported soils for final cover. <br />2. Submit analysis of sewage sludge to be used in foundation. <br />3. Identify source for imported clay material. <br />4. Identify amendments to be added to . the clay and would it be needed for <br />permeability requirements. <br />5. Submit more information on Brommus Mollus species of grass to be used as <br />final vegetative cover (indicate root depth, resistance to disease, <br />propagation time, water needs, etc.) <br />FINAL GRADING <br />1.
