The area to <br />recieve waste during this time is shown on the attached map. The <br />amount of waste to be received during the winter period is based on <br />a project scale volume of 8,500 tons for the 1994-95 winter season. <br />All winter roads are in place. All roads and pad to be used with the <br />exception of roads adjacent to the working face, are asphalt with a <br />compacted aggregate base material. These roads provide vehicles <br />access to and from the winter pad. <br />Storm water will be directed overside to the toe of the landfi <br />Areas where ponding may occur, such as depressions due to <br />settlement, will be filled with cover soil to insure adequate <br />drainage from the working fill area.
