This issue has <br />been addressed in LEA Advisory No. 6, dated December 16, 1993, <br />Aspergillus, Aspergillosis, and Composting Operations which <br />concluded that the spores existing in the general environment <br />pose negligible or very low health risk to healthy people. I....... <br />Project Monitoring and Proiect Dr!ori <br />Many LEAs have inquired as to flexibility in monitoring <br />:abt ::""of the performance standards of 14 CCR 17683. <br />It is not necessary to use the monitoring frequency specified in <br />14 CCR 17683 continuously throughout the demonstration if <br />threshold violations do not persist and as long as monitoring is <br />conducted at the specified frequencies during a range of <br />representative site climatic conditions.
