Second, we will install any monitoring wells/probes that <br />might be necessary. Third, we will purchase monitoring equipment to take the <br />field readings ourselves or hire a consultant do it for us. <br />Item 5. RECORDKEEPING. We will record and retain an operating record in the Solid <br />Waste Division at City Hall. <br />Item 6. DAILY COVER. An alternative daily cover demonstration project is scheduled <br />to begin December 13, 1993. The synthetic "blanket", Covertech C-440, will be <br />used Monday -Thursday and 6" of earthen material will be applied on Fridays. <br />Your office will be doing weekly fly and rodent surveys during the demonstration <br />period. <br />Item 7. CLOSURE COMPLETION. Not applicable. <br />Item 8. CLOSURE/POSTCLOSURE CRITERIA. Not applicable at this time. <br />Item 9. FINANCIAL ASSURANCE. We will comply with these requirements. <br />Item 10. "BLANKET" WASTE DISCHARGE REQUIREMENTS (WDRs).
