Box 2009 <br />Stockton, CA 95201 <br />= r_tit <br />28 <br />FRENCH CAMP LANDFILL, ALTERNATIVE DAILY COVER, CITY OF STOCKTON, <br />FACILITY #39 -AA -0002 <br />In reference to your letter dated October 15, 1993, a clearance <br />letter from the RWQCB and a CEQA Notice of Exemption from the <br />Stockton City Planning Department is enclosed. <br />The geosynthetic material will be applied manually at the end of <br />each working day. Minor repairs to the blanket will be repaired <br />with needle and thread covered with plastic "sail or duct" tape <br />material. Any major damages will require replacement. The blankets <br />will be applied at the end of each working day and removed at the <br />start of the next working day, except on Fridays when 6" of soil <br />material will be used to cover the working area. <br />Any odor problem will be resolved by covering the problem area with <br />soil.
