• Preservation of existing vegetation on the perimeter slopes <br /> outboard of the final soil cover placement. <br /> 0 Installation of silt fencing along the limit of final soil cover <br /> placement. <br /> ® Preservation and subsequent construction of a drainage ditch along <br /> the crest of the perimeter slopes to intercept runoff and direct such <br /> to the onsite sedimentation basin. <br /> • Track walking and hydro seeding perimeter slopes in segments as <br /> final cover is completed. <br /> • Applying straw mulch on perimeter slopes, with "punching" and <br /> "tackifiers" to control erosion until vegetation is re-established. <br /> We believe the above summary presents an assessment of the measures <br /> proposed to control sediment and erosion at the FCL, during active construction <br /> and inactive winterized intervals. <br />
