IMNV-9A on December 2, 2011 and TCFM was confirmed in the retest sample. As presented in
the March 12,2007 letter the RWQC B no further action is necessary since the TCFM
concentration measured in well MW-9A is well below risk-based concentrations.
The results of water quality analyses completed for surface-water monitoring stations are
generally consistent with previous results. No VOCs were detected in the samples collected
from the surface-waterstations during the monitoring period or over the 20t I monitoring year.
A comparison of upgradient(SW-I and SW-2)to downgradient(SW-3)surface-water samples
indicates, generally similar inorganic constituent concentrations in the upgradient and
downgradient surface water station, suggesting that the landfill is not impacting surface water
quality. During the current monitoring period,no Cls were exceeded.and with the exception of
carbonate at surface-water stations SWA and SW-3,and turbidity in all three surface-water
samples,no statistically significant increasing trends were noted. Given that statistically
significant increasing trends were noted at background surface-water points SW-1 and SW-2,
these increasing trends ar;e not believed to be the result of an impact from the landfill.
Field screening results from soil-pore gas monitoring probes indicate that no methane was
measured in soil-pore gas monitoring probes during the monitoring period,or over the past year.
If you have any questions regarding this report, please call me at(858)451-1136,
Sincerely,
Don Litchfield,R.E.A.
Environmental Manager
Attachment
Ctaus-MelmnKr SM 114*
