This report was prepared under the direction of the <br /> undersigned and contain the CQA performed during the repair of the barrier layer at the <br /> Harney Lane Sanitary Landfill. Kleinfelder, Inc. certifies that the revised CQA plan was <br /> implemented during the reconstruction in accordance with design criteria, pians, and <br /> specifications. The term certification is used herein as defined by Section 8770.6 of the <br /> California Business and Professions Code.
