Fixing low spots in laterals and headers that obstruct LFG flow when <br /> filled with condensate. <br /> 2. Securing LFG pipe (as needed). <br /> 3. Clearing vegetation around headers to protect headers during grass <br /> fires (annually). <br /> 4. Replacing damaged well heads (as needed). <br /> 2.2.A SPARE PARTS INVENTORY <br /> Critical operation spare parts that are not available from the manufacturer <br /> or supplier within a reasonable time are stocked on-site or at SWD's <br /> office. A minimum inventory of the spare parts is continuously <br /> maintained. <br /> 2.2.13 PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE <br /> After routine site visits, the contractor provides SWD a list of preventive <br /> maintenance tasks. SWD reviews all recommended maintenance issues <br /> and authorizes work as needed. <br /> 2.3 SHUTDOWNS AND ALARMS <br /> 2.3.A SHUTDOWN ALARM <br /> The flare station is provided with redundant alarm indication. The primary <br /> alarm indication is with an automated dialer installed at Flare station. In the <br /> event of a shutdown, the automated dialer calls SWD. In addition, a <br /> separate alarm signal is sent to the Alamo Alarm Company. Alamo Alarm <br /> staff then calls SWD staff. <br /> In accordance with the current SJVAPCD permit, the total down time hours <br /> allowed for scheduled flare system maintenance is 144 hours a year.
