Andrew Keller - 2 - 21 June 2007 <br />0 <br />2. By 31 January 2008, the Discharger shall provide a Report of Waste Discharge with <br />the information required by Title 27. In addition, the Discharger shall use the guidance <br />outlined in Title 27 §21750(a) through (h)(5) in order to provide the level of technical <br />information required by Title 27 §21710(a): <br />a. The Discharger shall provide a completed Form 200 Standard Application. This <br />form may be found at http://www.swrcb.ca.gov/sbforms/form200.pdf. <br />b. The Discharger shall include the requirements of Title 27 §21710(x) -General, and <br />other information as requested by the Regional Water Board. Below is partial list of <br />the required topics in a Report of Waste Discharge: <br />i. Waste characteristics, <br />ii. Topographic map, <br />iii. Fault identification and proximity, <br />iv. Site-specific geologic and hydrogeologic characteristics: geologic map, cross <br />sections of waste containment unit and underlying soil and groundwater, <br />hydraulic conductivity and groundwater flow direction, well information, and well <br />map, <br />v. Climate characteristics: evapotranspiration, precipitation and drainage controls, <br />runoff volume and patterns, and FEMA floodplain designations, <br />vi.
