The <br />compaction will be to that established in the Test Fill Pad. <br />d) ASTM D 1557 (compaction curve) and ASTM D 4318 (Atterberg limits) shall be <br />performed on the barrier layer material once a week and/or every 5,000 cubic <br />yards of material placed. Results shall be compared to the findings in the Test <br />Fill Pad. <br />Please prepare an addendum and/or changed pages in response to the above comments, and <br />resubmit to the Regional Water Board by 8 September 2006 for concurrence. <br />Regional Water Board staff looks forward to working with you on this site.
