Please provide site-specific information for well development: <br />a. Parameters that will be monitored during development (i.e., pH, specific <br />conductivity, and turbidity), <br />b. Specify a 48-hour time interval after development and before sampling, and <br />c. Sampling and disposal method for well development water. <br />5. Well Survey. Please provide the following site-specific information for the well survey: <br />a. Describe the well features that will be surveyed (i.e., top of casing, horizontal and <br />vertical coordinates, etc.), and <br />b. State that the vertical accuracy shall beat least + 0.01 -foot. <br />6. Well Sampling. Please include the following information: <br />a. Specify a 48-hour interval after well development and before sampling, <br />b. Define field parameters as follows: groundwater elevation (feet and hundredths <br />MSL), temperature (°C), electrical conductivity (pmhos/cm), pH (pH units), and <br />turbidity (turbidity units), <br />c. Add the following laboratory analysis to the list in the Workplan: Carbonate <br />Alkalinity and Bicarbonate Alkalinity (USEPA Method 310. 1), Nitrate as Nitrate - <br />Nitrogen, Total Petroleum Hydrocarbons for Gas and Diesel range (USEPA <br />Method M8015), Volatile Organic Compounds (USEPA 8260 full suite), Semi - <br />Volatile Organic Compounds including Polyaromatic Organic Compounds <br />(USEPA Method 8270C), and PCBs (USEPA Method 8082), and <br />d. Provide a table that presents the sample volumes, sample containers, <br />preservation agents, hold times, and QA/QC procedures (e.g., temperature <br />blanks, trip blanks, seal, chain -of -custody, and etc.) <br />Please provide your response to comments and resubmit to the Regional Water Board by 11 <br />September 2006 for concurrence.
