This Addendum presents the revised procedures, based on <br />comments from the Regional Water Board staff, for abandonment and installation of <br />replacement groundwater monitoring wells. <br />In general, the Addendum was thorough, with each comment addressed as staff requested. <br />The staff appreciates the timely response to comments. The Addendum has received <br />conditional concurrence, pending submittal of the well relocation map. Prior to installation of <br />the monitoring wells, the Regional Water Board staff must concur with the selected well <br />locations. <br />Regional Water Board staff looks forward to working with you on this site.
