These are storm water program <br />newsletters that have been developed by our office to help industries better understand the General <br />Permit requirements. <br />If you determine that your facility must seek coverage, we request that you submit an NOI within 30 <br />days from receipt of this letter, and forward a copy to our office. You are further requested to develop <br />and implement a SWPPP and M&RP within 60 days. The SWPPP and M&RP do not need to be <br />submitted to our office for approval prior to implementation. However, if you determine that your <br />facility does not need to obtain a storm water permit, you are requested submit a letter to the Regional <br />Water Quality Control Board within 30 days explaining your findings. <br />These documents are requested in accordance with provisions of the Federal CWA, and the State of <br />California Water Code.
