G O V <br />(916)341-6024 <br />To Whom It May Concern: <br />Subject: Reporting Requirements for Waste Disposal Facility (39 -AA -0010) <br />ROSALIE MULE <br />RMULE@CIWMB.CA.GOV Recent changes in California Integrated Waste Management Board (CIWMB) reporting <br />(916)341-6016 <br />regulations have caused us to re-evaluate our business practices about who should be reporting to <br />the California State Board of Equalization (BOE) and when it is permissible to stop reporting. <br />Our revised business practices now require operators of all active, inactive, and closing disposal <br />CHERYL PEACE sites (including wood waste sites), and any permitted, planned disposal sites to register and report <br />CPEACE@CIWMB.CA.GOV to the BOE until such time as the facility is certified closed pursuant to a closure plan. These <br />(916) 341-6039 changes now ensure consistency of our business practices with the Revenue and Taxation Code <br />and the Public Resources Code. <br />Our records indicate that you are the operator of a disposal facility required to pay quarterly fees <br />GARY PETERSEN into the State of California's Integrated Waste Management Account based on the amount of solid <br />GPETERSEN@CIWMB.CA.GOV Waste disposed at your facility.
