(Clayton), a Bureau Veritas Company, forwards this Addendum to <br />the Groundwater Monitoring Well Installation Workplan (Workplan) on behalf of Cove <br />Contractors. This addendum has been prepared in response to comments provided by the <br />Central Valley Region of the California Regional Water Quality Control Board (CVRWQCB) to <br />Cove Contractors Workplan, dated May 31, 2006. The comments were transmitted by the <br />CVRWQCB in a letter dated August 11, 2006. <br />The responses contained in this document were developed to provide the expected well <br />construction details; however, as stated in the original work plan, Cove Contractors' goal is to <br />place the well(s) where they will provide the most useful data.
