She mentioned that the <br />operator has submitted request to obtain permits for the installation of 4 wells (two water & two gas <br />wells). She told me that she had told the operator that she will not give them permit to install the two <br />gas wells until she gets approval from CIWMB. Since the County of San Joaquin Environmental <br />Health is the agency where well permits are issued by, I am just wondering whether it would be <br />possible to include them (the LEA) on our letters regarding Cove Contractors.
