The Revised Work Plan incorporates the Regional Water Board staffs <br />comments on the original work plan, and includes the procedures for repairing the eroded <br />landfill cover. Repair of the cover is required by Sections C.4 and C.6 of Waste Discharger <br />Requirements Order No. R5-2007-0084 (WDRs). <br />Based on our review, staff concurs with the Revised Work Plan.
