• Investigation Derived Wastes (IDW) will include soil cuttings, decontamination water,
and produced water from the development of the groundwater monitoring wells.
IDW will be containerized; separating solids from liquids, in DOT approved 55 -gallon
drums. Drums will be temporarily stored on -Site until they are transported off -Site for
disposal based on the analytical results. Any IDW generated on the property of the
Union Pacific Rail Road Company will be removed the same day it is generated and
transported to the Site. Cove Contractors is responsible to the IDW management and
proper disposal.
C.
