We <br />plan to bring in up to 10,000 tons of wood and greenwaste over the next six <br />months, process this material into a soil amendment and spread the product on <br />the 106 acres of land and raise a crop. Edward Padilla, R.E.H.S. said that he <br />has no problem with the above plans as long as no neighbors are bothered and <br />the material is beneficial to the soil. We understand the above plan is a <br />permitted use in an AG40 zone. <br />In addition to the above plan, Weaver Industries plans to apply within 30 days <br />a preapplication and then a site plan review to compost organic material o <br />site to recycle greenwaste, wood and other materials, and to market thes. <br />materials to farmers, landscapers, biomass plants and other end users.
