Immediately curtail the amount of raw material received at the facility with complete <br />stoppage of all material receiving by 12:00 p.m., Friday, September 26, 1997. <br />[This will allow BTI to negotiate the cancellation of raw material supply contracts while <br />minimizing the legal ramifications of canceling signed contracts and to coordinate the <br />logistics of an alternative hauling plan for the raw materials.] <br />2. Immediately start removing material from the site. (*) <br />This schedule ensures that BTI will remain in compliance with the the state <br />regulations' concerning "stabilized compost' which has undergone pathogen <br />reduction and has reached a reduced state of biological activity which is indicated by <br />temperature reduction and generation of carbon dioxide.
