The car wash is <br />no longer utilized and is closed up. The site is <br />also utilized as a truck rental facility, which <br />is not a permitted use and must be removed. <br />The applicant seeks to modify the use permit to <br />provide used car sales. Staff feels that used <br />car sales can occupy the site as long as the <br />display of cars does not interfere with the <br />
