The site is improved and fenced. Staff has noted that cars are displayed.toward the front of the site, this blocks the proposed customer parking. To be in compliance with the City's zoning ordinance, the applicant must -provide five customer parking stalls. These stalls shall be accessible at all times. In addition, staff notes there are two landscape planters.adjacent to the street. The plantings within these - planters are sparse and should. be supplemented with new plantings. It appears that two new additional signs have been added to the building facade. These signs must be approved under a separate sign permit. Staff has reviewed the site and feels that with a few conditions the proposecl use will be compatible with the surrounding neighborhood - Staff Recommendation Commission Action: Staff recommends the following course of action: A.
