The frontage improvements for Louise Avenue within San Joaquin County portion shall be constructed in conformance with the standards for one-half of a 110 -foot right-of-way Major Arterial street. The construction of the frontage improvements will be deferred upon execution by the owner of a Deferred Frontage and Roadway Improvement Agreement or a Secured Deferred Frontage and Roadway Improvement Agreement with a deposit equivalent to their estimated construction costs prior to approval of the Improvement Plan. (A $260.00 fee currently is required for processing per Development Title Table 9-240.2 in addition to a copy of the Grant Deed and an estimate for the required frontage improvements. The estimate shall be prepared by a Registered Civil Engineer with a typical section drawing on a form to be supplied by the Department of Public Works and submitted to the Department of Public Works for approval.
