A copy of <br /> the inspection report is enclosed. <br /> BTI-Manteca Production Facility was evaluated for compliance with applicable <br /> sections of Division 30 of the PRC; Title 14, California Code of Regulations <br /> (CCR), Chapter 3 - State Minimum Standards (SMS) for Solid Waste Handling <br /> and Disposal, and Chapter 5 - Enforcement of Solid Waste Standards and <br /> Administration of Solid Waste Facilities Permits. <br /> No violations or areas of concern regarding applicable State laws and regulations <br /> were noted during the inspection. <br /> It is noted that your staff have made every effort to bring BTI-Manteca Production <br /> Facility into compliance with current regulatory requirements governing <br /> composting facilities. <br /> If you have any questions or comments concerning this pre-permit inspection, <br /> please call me at (916) 255-3882.
