i �► <br /> Notice and Order to Abate <br /> page 3 <br /> This schedule will be reviewed by the Enforcement Agency <br /> Coordinating Team to assess its completeness in meeting the <br /> concerns of San Joaquin County. Failure to secure the premise and <br /> respond within thirty (30) days will result in matter being <br /> refereed to the District Attorney' s Office for prosecution. <br /> A complete inspection, required permit and necessary repairs will <br /> be required by the San Joaquin County Inspection Division prior to <br /> occupancy of any to the structures on this premise. <br /> A permit from the Environmental Health Division is required prior <br /> to any modification or destruction of water well (s) that exist on <br /> the premise. <br /> As authorized by the San Joaquin County Ordinance Code Sections <br /> 8-5400 and 9-1905 .5 the county shall be reimbursed for all time, <br /> services, and materials needed to secure voluntary or involuntary <br /> abatement of the identified violations. <br /> The recorded owner and any other parties holding recorded legal <br /> interest will be notified of this action and may appeal this action <br /> or the indicated violation to the San Joaquin County Board of <br /> Housing Appeals.
