• <br /> Notice and Order to Abate <br /> page 2 <br /> This team is charged with prioritizing and coordinating enforcement <br /> activities in the unincorporated area of the San Joaquin County. <br /> This premise has been identified as a public nuisance and has been <br /> given a priority designation thus directing- County resources to <br /> take the necessary action to secure abatemen�ONFIOENTIAL <br /> NOTICE AND ORDER TO ABATE <br /> Authority: The San Joaquin County P Jc4H � t rvices, <br /> Environmental Health Division as authoriz �an4joaquin <br /> County Housing and Nuisance Abatement Ordinance has inspected the <br /> aforementioned premise. This premise has been found to be in <br /> violation of Title 8, Division 5 of the San Joaquin County <br /> Ordinance Code. <br /> Violations <br /> 1. Buildings or structures are deteriorated and dilapidated. <br /> Uniform Code For The Abatement Of Dangerous Building <br /> (UCDB) Sec. 302 (8) <br /> 2 . Buildings or structures are unsafe. UCDB Sec. 302 (9) <br /> 3 . Because of their deterioration and dilapidation the <br /> buildings or structures are an attractive nuisance to <br /> children, harborage for vagrants, and enable persons to <br /> resort to unlawful or immoral acts. UCDB Sec. 302 (12) <br /> 4. Whenever any building of structure is in such condition <br /> it is a public nuisance as known to common law or equity <br /> jurisprudence. UCDB Sec. 302 (17) <br /> 5 . Buildings, structures and demolition materials have been <br /> abandoned for a period in excess of six months and are an <br /> attractive nuisance and hazard to the public. UCDB SEC. <br /> 302 (18) <br /> 6 . Open excavation adjacent to the water well. California <br /> Health and Safety Code Sec. 24400 <br /> 7. Abandoned vehicles on premise. San Joaquin County <br /> Ordinnce Code Sec. 9-1905 .3 <br /> This premise is also considered to be a Public Nuisance as defined <br /> in the California Penal Code Sec. 370 <br /> You are directed to immediately secure the premise from <br /> unauthorized entry. You are further required to provide a schedule <br /> to the EHD, within thirty (30) days from the date of this notice, <br /> outlining the corrective action to mitigate the above identified <br /> violations . <br />
