JANUARY, 1991 <br /> Gt No. 10 - eureka Road/Roseville Rarkwav Connector <br /> This project is the construction of a 2-lane roadway connecting Eureka <br /> Road to the Roseville Parkway approximately one-half mile east of <br /> Sierra College Blvd. The main purpose of the project is to allow <br /> bypass of heavily congested intersections and a balancing of traffic <br /> on the road network during peak periods. The project will also allow <br /> more direct access for emergency vehicles and school sites. Total <br /> project length is estimated at 1.30 lane-miles. <br /> o ect No. - Old Aubu r Road Eaten <br /> This project is located east of Sierra College Blvd. from the Com- <br /> munity Plan area boundary to the Roseville Parkway through the <br /> Treelake Project. The first part of the extension east of Sierra Col- <br /> lege Blvd. would be located within the City of Roseville. The project <br /> would be new construction of a 2-lane roadway including sidewalk on <br /> one side. Total project length within Placer county is estimated at <br /> , 64 lane-miles. <br /> ect No. 12 -�.Oid Auburnold <br /> - <br /> This project is the widening of existing old Auburn Road from 2 lanes <br /> o 4 lanes from Sierra College Blvd. westerly to the Roseville city <br /> limits. Total project length is estimated at 1.00 lane-miles. <br /> Zrd= No. t3 - Barton oad/Roseville Parkwav Connecter <br /> This project is the construction of a 2-lane roadway connecting Barton <br /> Road to the Roseville Parkway. A primary purpose of the project is to <br /> improve the Community Plan's road network to spread and balance <br /> "through" traffic. Total project length is estimated at . 74 lane- <br /> miles. <br /> This project ig the imprpvement of an existing 2-lane road between the <br /> Sacramento County line and a point approximately 3/4 mile north of <br /> Douglas Blvd. The project would provide a uniform 2-lane section with <br /> a 4-foot paved shoulder. The project includes widening, some <br /> reconstruction, and some horizontal and vertical realignment. Total <br /> project length is estimated at 5.20 lane-miles. <br />
