X <br /> The proposed expansion will require additional exterior lighting which has the <br /> potential to produce glare. To mitigate this, exterior finishes will be of type and <br /> color to minimize glare. On site lighting will be directed down onto areas of the <br /> site intended to be illuminated and away from adjacent properties. Footcandle of <br /> lighting will not exceed that required to provide safety and security. <br /> YesMaybe No <br /> 8. Land Use. Will the proposal result <br /> in a substantial alteration of the <br /> present or planned land use of <br /> an area? X <br /> The site is located within the City of Lodi Zoning Designation M-2, Heavy <br /> Industrial, Figure 9. The M-2 District permits most industrial uses, including <br /> refuse disposal, baling, rock crushing, and storage of materials such as paper and <br /> iron, and applies the same requirements as an M-1 District.
