They are <br /> quantified. They were produced after determining traffic impacts of full development <br /> of Lodi's Northeast Industrial area on the local street system. <br /> The streets in the Northeast locale are (or are planned to be) sufficiently wide to handle <br /> all the traffic that full development of the entire region plus the Transfer Project are <br /> expected to produce. <br /> The future for the intersections here is an entirely different matter.
