V PRC 44004- Significant Change- Northeast side of Green Waste Storage/C & D Grinding area (abutting the easement that <br />runs north and south to back of property) is being filled with dirt, gravel, and possible ground C & D debris. <br />a.) Cease and desist any dumping or filling in that area. <br />b.) This activity is considered illegal landfilling. Permit is required. <br />2.) AC PRC 44014(b)- Complies w/Terms & Conditions- Loose cardboard stored along east wall of parking lot north of MRF. <br />Cease and desist storage of loose recyclables outside of permitted storage area immediately. <br />3.) AC T14 CCR 17409.5- Load Checking- observed CRT pushed by loader into commingled materials on tipping floor in Transfer Station <br />observed at time of inspection. <br />Remove all universal waste and provide thorough screening of universal and hazardous wastes in waste piles. <br />4.) AC T14 CCR 17407.5- Hazardous, liquid, and special wastes- Waste oil was in secondary collection tank in Used Oil Recycling Area. <br />Remove oil from secondary collection tank and repair primary tank to prevent further leakage. <br />5.) AC T14 CCR 17410.4- Vector, Bird, & Animal Control- No bait stations were observed in Transfer Station. <br />Provide adequate Rodent Bait Stations in Transfer Station. <br />6.) AC T14 CCR 17408.7- Personnel Health & Safety- observed personnel inside transfer station without hardhat or safety vest. Eye wash station <br />was blocked in truck wash area. <br />a.)
