No loose cardboard was observed at time of inspection. Operator explained significance of additional cardboard tipping area for public <br />safety. Amendment to TPR to be submitted to department to update storage of cardboard behind MRF in parking lot. Proper signage <br />to be provided for public cardboard tipping area to ensure traffic safety. Load checking procedure to include public cardboard tipping. <br />C. Transfer Station building/public tipping area: Cement barrier/partition for public tipping area remains approximately 30 feet away <br />from building (toward the east). Previous tipping area behind partition remains clear of debris. Asphalt in this area has been repaired. <br />Loader continues to push waste into the transfer station through the front of the building (instead of the north opening). <br />D. Baled plastic containers behind MRF building leaking liquids determined at inspection to be detergent. Absorbent was applied <br />to leakage at time of inspection. <br />E. Department requires all documentation of Hazardous Waste disposal. <br />F. Records are up to date. <br />G. All other Areas of Concern have been cleared. Secondary Recycled Oil tank has been emptied. Rodent stations were place in Transfer <br />Station outside south wall, and along inside west wall and east wall. <br />INSPECTOR SIGNATURE: <br />nJ <br />
