Previous Violation has been cleared. Vehicle dismantling operations have ceased. <br />B. Previous Areas of Concern have been cleared: <br />a. Lead -acid battery at northeast corner of yard was removed. <br />b. Additional signage for public awareness of child safety has been posted at scale house in English and Spanish and <br />scale house operator warns vehicles verbally, per operator. <br />c. Maintenance log is kept at scale house for asphalt monitoring and repair. Electrical gutter outside east wall of MRF <br />building has been properly repaired. <br />C. Oil release observed in dirt underneath retired equipment at northwest corner of facility next to easement to be addressed in a <br />Site Clean Up Plan that includes a Health and Safety Plan for assessment of area at northeast corner of property. Absorbent <br />was placed on oil release from refuse vehicle crusher gate observed in parking lot west of green waste operations where <br />vehicle -dismantling operations had taken place. <br />D. Records are up to date. <br />E. Amendment to TPR is due. Subjects include, but are not limited to, update U -waste program plans, public tipping and storage <br />of cardboard outside MRF, load checking frequency for all incoming waste per Permit item 17.)- LEA Conditions (G), <br />storage of plastic bags outside MRF for baling operation, and appropriate signage for changes to operations. <br />F.
