The NOI was issued for the following state minimum <br />standard (SMS) violation: <br />14 CCR § 17441— Report of Station Information Amendment <br />Since then, this office has received an LEA inspection report, documenting <br />correction of the violation listed above. The NOI is withdrawn and inclusion of East <br />Stockton Transfer and Recycling Station on the Inventory will not occur based on this <br />NOI. We appreciate your timeliness in correcting the above SMS violation at the East <br />Stockton Transfer and Recycling Station. <br />This letter does not preclude the issuance of a new NOI for future documentation <br />of SMS violations. Please continue to work with the LEA to maintain vour facility in <br />compliance with all applicable state minimum standards.
