Box 1810 <br />Stockton, CA 95201 <br />Re: East Stockton Transfer and Recycling Station <br />The East Stockton Transfer and Recycling Station (East Stockton Transfer) is in the <br />process of submitting its modified solid waste facilities permit. The LEA must certify <br />whether East Stockton Transfer is in conformance with the most recent County Solid <br />Waste Management Plan (COSWMP) as required by PRC 50000-50002. <br />Since your Division is the responsible agency for the COSWMP, the Environmental <br />Health Division requests your recommendation on whether East Stockton Transfer is <br />in compliance with the COSWMP. <br />If you have any questions, contact Greg Oliveira, Senior R.E.H.S., at 468-0341. <br />Ernest M.
