Weber Avenue <br />Stockton, CA 95205 <br />RE: EAST •TRANSFER/RECYCLE STATION (#39 -AA -0018) <br />FIVE YEAR PERMIT REVIEW <br />The Environmental Health Division, as the Local Enforcement Agency (LEA) for San <br />Joaquin County, has completed its five year permit review of East Stockton <br />Transfer/Recycle Station. The review is required by Division 30, Public Resources <br />Code, Section 44015. Based upon our review of the new Report of Station <br />Information (RSI), the existing solid waste facilities permit (SWFP), the old RSI (1988), <br />and all other file documents, including the March 24, 1995, City of Stockton <br />California Environmental Quality Act review letter, it is the determination of the LEA <br />that a SWFP modification is required. Submit in duplicate to the LEA properly <br />completed and signed original copies of the enclosed Solid Waste Facilities Permit <br />Applications for a permit modification so that we can proceed with the permit <br />process in a timely manner. <br />If you have any questions, contact Greg Oliveira, Senior Registered Environmental <br />Health Specialist, at (209)468-0341. <br />Ernest M.
