Because there is no expansion of operations, and the City of Stockton <br />determined that the existing facility is statutorily exempt from CEQA (Section 15261 - <br />"Ongoing Project"), we will process the SWFP based upon our five year permit review <br />findings. <br />If you have any questions, contact Greg Oliveira, Senior Registered Environmental <br />Health Specialist, at (209)468-0341. <br />Ernest M.
