El Dorado Street <br />Stockton, CA 95202 <br />N E: EAST STOCKTON TRANSFER/RECYCLE Si (#39-AA-0018) <br />0 <br />2435 EAST WEBER AVENUE,O <br />Environmental Health Divison (EHD) staff has reviewed your March 24, 1995, letter <br />regarding the need for California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) review at East <br />Stockton Transfer/Recycle Station for its five year solid waste facilities permit (SWFP) <br />review. Because there is no expansion of operations, and the City of Stockton <br />determined that the existing facility is statutorily exempt from CEQA (Section 15261 - <br />"Ongoing Project"), we will process the SWFP based upon our five year permit review <br />findings. <br />If you have any questions, contact Greg Oliveira, Senior Registered Environmental <br />Health Specialist, at (209)468-0341. <br />Ernest M.
