This document contains the permit review report (PRR) that is required during the <br />permit review process. The following documents were studied for the five year permit review: <br />1. Report of Station Information (RSI), dated March 10, 1988 <br />2. Solid Waste Facilities Permit (SWFP), January 25, 1990 <br />3. Updated RSI, dated January 1995 <br />4. Land Use Permit, City of Stockton, dated December 20, 1961 <br />Permit Review Report <br />Review of Compliance History <br />Most violations observed in the last five years at the facility fall into the following five <br />categories: submittal of weight/volume records to the LEA, personnel health and safety, <br />perimeter security and/or visual screening, general maintenance, and litter control. <br />(1) Permit conditions specifying design features, methods, or procedures directed toward <br />compliance with any specific standard.
