E <br />C7 <br />This condition should be modified to state that safety equipment shall be provided <br />for, and worn at all times by, all employees in the tipping, sorting, and <br />processing areas. In addition, brightly colored safety vests should be added to the <br />list of equipment. <br />(b) Quantities and types of waste received and of goods recycled and/or salvaged <br />shall be reported to the LEA on a bi-monthly basis. <br />No change needed for this condition <br />(c) A log of special occurrences shall be maintained and reported to the LEA on an <br />annual basis. <br />No change needed for this condition <br />(2) Overall compliance history with respect to all other standards - adequate. <br />Occasional violations have been observed for litter control, general maintenance, <br />perimeter security and/or visual screening. <br />To improve the overall station appearance, a condition prohibiting the accumulation or <br />storage of unusable or unrecyclable solid waste should be added to assist in compliance <br />with the general maintenance standard. <br />Review of Permits, Statutes, and Regulations <br />(1) There have been no changes to any other permits applicable to the site since the issuance <br />of the last permit. However, air pollution control district permits have been obtained <br />for the following: raw material receiving and storage, wood waste grinder and diesel <br />engine, and truck loadout - wood and paper recycling operation. <br />(2) Do any of the changes in the terms or conditions of those permits conflict with any term <br />or condition of the Solid Waste Facilities Permit (SWFP)? - N/A <br />(3) Have there been any changes in federal, state, or local statutes, ordinances, or <br />regulations since the issuance of the last SWFP? <br />None <br />(4) If so, do any of those changes conflict with or negate any of the terms or conditions of <br />the SWFP or necessitate the incorporation of additional terms or conditions into the <br />SWFP? - N/A <br />(5) Terms or conditions containing action dates which have passed - None. <br />
