the service area, or the volume of waste delivered to the facility - None <br />(3) Is the amount of waste anticipated during the next five years likely to exceed the <br />maximum amount considered for acceptance at the time the permit is issued or revised? <br />No. The facility will not be permitted to receive over the current 512 tons per day <br />during the next five years. <br />(4) Are there any changes in adjacent land use which will result in the need for permit terms <br />or conditions to prevent or mitigate potential environmental impacts? <br />Q <br />(5) Are there any regulations recently adopted, but not yet effective, that will require <br />changes in permit conditions in tho next five years? <br />None <br />Changes to the Existing SWFP <br />Changes to the existing SWFP will be made as follows: <br />(1) The facility's pennitted and non -permitted acreage will be corrected. The values given <br />in the December 13, 1989, final permit findings section were incorrect. <br />(2) Minor operational changes will be addressed in the revised RSI. <br />(3) Minor changes and additions to the hazardous waste screening program will be <br />referenced in the revised RSI. <br />(4) Additional agencies will be added to the list of agencies that condition the operation and <br />use of the facility. <br />(5) Permit conditions will be added to enhance compliance with particular standards: <br />(a) paper pulp handling <br />(b) solid waste accumulation/storage <br />(6) Permit condition wording will be changed for an existing condition to enhance <br />compliance with a particular standard: <br />(a) personnel health and safety <br />Based upon our review of the new RSI, the existing SWFP, the old RSI (1988) and all other file <br />documents, it is the determination of the LEA that a pen -nit modification is required. However, <br />if it is determined by the City of Stockton Community Development Department (see below) that <br />California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) review is necessary for the facility, then the LEA <br />
