A street cleaning program shall begin immediately upon initiation of the use to <br />remove debris from the site and the area surrounding the site as follows: (a) clean the <br />sorting area daily (except on Sundays when operations are limited to self haul; and (b) <br />clean neighboring streets as follows (except on Sundays when operations are <br />limited): 1) Navy Drive adjacent to the facility from Josephine down to Argonaut— <br />daily; 2) Pershing Street—daily; and 3) and at other times, as warranted, in response <br />to complaints received, <br />A dedicated phone line shall be installed at the business for the purpose of taking <br />complaints regarding the operation of this use. Calls received on this phone shall be <br />forwarded to a live person when the business is closed, otherwise transfer station <br />personnel shall be available to receive said calls during business hours. The phone <br />number shall be posted on the premises and be visible from the public right-of-way <br />when the business is closed. The phone number shall be given to the Community <br />Development Department, Planning Division, and the Housing and Redevelopment <br />Department, Neighborhood Services Division, once it is established and prior to <br />initiation of use. In addition, tho phone number of the City's Neighborhood Services <br />Division shall be posted as an alternative contact in the event that the operator of this <br />facility is not responsive to such complaints. <br />17. This Use Permit, shall remain posted ir. a conspicuous place in the office on the subject site <br />and shall be immediately made available to City personnel upon inspection of the premises. <br />18. The applicant shall inspect all loads brought to the facility by self -haulers. <br />19.
