A street sweeping program shall be initiated immediately to remove debris from the site and the area <br />surrounding the site as follows: (a) Clean the sorting area daily ondays when not open for ; <br />and (b)Clean neighboring otneetoamfo|hnos(ezneptondayovvhennotopenforbuoneme):1)\8AeberAvenue <br />adjacent tothe facility — daily; 2\ Filbert Street adjacent to the facility —dai|y; 3\ Filbert Street and Myrtle <br />Street adjacent to the Crosstown Freeway -- weekly; (4) 'F' Street adjacent to the facility -- daily; and (5)st <br />other times, aowarranted, inresponse bocomplaints received bxaffected neighborhoods. <br />20. During regular business hours and upon complaints received from neighbors,the orhis or <br />her . shall conduct periodic inspections |nonberbonnanuaUvoleanupenydabhosurnzundingthe <br />21. A dedicated phone line shall be installed at the business for the purpose of taking complaintsmgand' the <br />operation of this use. Calls received on this phone line shall be forwarded toolive person when the business <br />is closed, otherwise the phone shall be manned by personnel during business hours. The phone number for <br />this dedicated phone line shall beposted onthe premises (visible from the h8h )w/hanthebusinemo <br />is closed and shall be given to the City of Stockton, Community Development Department, Planning Division, <br />and the Housing and Redevelopment Department, Neighborhood Services Division, once it is established. <br />In addition, the phone number of the City's Neighborhood Services Division shall be posted as an alternate <br />phone number to contact in the event that the operator of this facility is not responsive to such complaints. <br />22. There shall boaoix-month.and one-year and continual annual review ofthis Use Permit from the date of <br />latest revision of the Use Permit. <br />23. Aspart ofthe annual review, the business shall submit anannual report thirty C3O\days in <br />advance of the scheduled review that includes the previous twelve (12) month's reports from routine <br />inspections conducted by the State Integrated Waste Management Board on the facility, and an outline of any <br />reported violations and corrective measures taken to remedy those violations. The report shall also include <br />any complaints received by the facility and corrective measures taken on those complaints. <br />24.
