Building demolition shall occur pursuant to a City of LS <br /> Contamination Impacts Stockton demolition permit, including required <br /> compliance with NESHAP requirements. <br /> 2. During project construction, if any soil discoloration, <br /> odors or other indicators of the presence of <br /> hazardous material contamination is encountered, <br /> work at the site shall stop until a qualified <br /> professional in hazardous material contamination <br /> evaluates the site. The professional shall <br /> recommend measures to remediate any identified <br /> contamination, and work shall not resume at the site <br /> until remediation is completed <br /> 8. HYDROLOGY AND WATER QUALITY <br /> Project Effects on Drainage, Surface Hydrology PS 1. The ODS shall prepare and implement a Storm LS <br /> and Water Quality Water Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) for the <br /> project and file a Notice of Intent (NOI) with the <br /> State Water Resources Control Board prior to <br /> commencement of construction activity. The <br /> SWPPP shall be available on the construction site <br /> at all times. <br /> 2. The ODS shall incorporate an Erosion Control Plan <br /> consistent with all applicable provisions of the <br /> SWPPP within the site development plans. <br /> 3.
