SUMMARY: <br /> Site History <br /> The Independent Trucking Co. , Inc . Transfer Station and Recycling <br /> Facility has been in operation since 1935 . The facility was <br /> issued its first Solid Waste Facility Permit (SWFP) in 1978 . A <br /> modified SWFP was issued by the San Joaquin County Public Health <br /> Services in December 1991 . The 1991 SWFP authorizes the facility <br /> to accept up to 250 tons per day of recyclable materials . <br /> Compliance History <br /> There are no on-going violations of state minimum standards at <br /> this facility. <br /> r"oj ect Descrintj= <br /> The facility is located in the City of Stockton near the <br /> Interstate 5 and Highway 4 interchange. The primary access to <br /> the facility is South Lincoln Street . <br /> The facility receives predominately recyclable materials from <br /> commercial, residential, industrial, construction and demolition <br /> customers . The materials received are source separated <br /> materials, such as aluminum, cardboard, glass, paper, plastics, <br /> and tires. <br /> \l <br />
