Landfill . <br /> III. ANALYSIS: <br /> Reguirements for Concurrence with the SWFP <br /> Pursuant to Public Resources Code (PRC) , Section 44009, the Board <br /> has 60 calendar days to concur in or object to the issuance of a <br /> proposed SWFP. Since the proposed SWFP for this facility was <br /> formulated on December 18, 1996, the last day the Board may act <br /> is February 17, 1997 . <br /> Staff of the Board' s Enforcement Agency Section have prepared a <br /> proposed permit, reviewed the supporting documentation, and <br /> determined that the permit and supporting documentation are <br /> acceptable for the Board' s consideration of concurrence.
