® 1 PERMIT Facility/Permit Number: <br /> SOLID WASTE FACI39-AA-0016 <br /> 12. Legal Description of Facility(attach map with RFI): <br /> Lot Numbers 1,2,3,5,6,7,8,9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15,and 16 in Block Number and portions of Lot Numbers 9, 11, 15 and 16 in Block <br /> Number 3 of City of Stockton Assessors Parcel Map 147-03. <br /> 13. Findings: <br /> a. This permit is consistent with the County Solid Waste Management Plan,pursuant to Public Resources Code,Section 50000. <br /> b. This permit is consistent with standards adopted by the California Integrated Waste Management Board(CIWMB),pursuant to Public <br /> Resources Code,Section 44010. <br /> C. The design and operation of the facility is consistent with the State Minimum Standards for Solid Waste Handling and Disposal as <br /> determined by the enforcement agency. <br /> d. The local fire protection district,the City of Stockton Fire Department has determined that the facility is in conformance with applicable fire <br /> standards as required in Public Resources Code,Section 44151. <br /> e. The City of Stockton filed a Notice of Determination with the San Joaquin County Clerk on October 29, 1996,pursuant to Public <br /> Resources Code,Section 21152. <br /> f. A County-wide Integrated Waste Management Plan has not been approved by the CIWMB. <br /> g. The City of Stockton Community Development Department has made a determination that the facility is consistent with,and designated <br /> in,the applicable general plan,pursuant to Public Resources Code,Section 50000.5(x). <br /> h. The City of Stockton Community Development Department has made a written finding that surrounding land use is compatible with the <br /> facility operation,pursuant to Public Resources Code,Section 50000.5(b). <br /> 14. Prohibitions: <br /> The permittee is prohibited from accepting any residential refuse,sewage sludge,septic tank pumpings,agricultural wastes,cannery waste, <br /> liquid waste,dead animals,untreated medical waste,non-hazardous waste requiring special handling,designated waste or hazardous waste <br /> unless the acceptance of such waste is authorized by all applicable permits. <br /> 15.
