RAMMOTIND <br />This facility was last inspected by Board staff on February 23 and <br />24, 1989. The violations and areas of concern noted under Title <br />14, California Code of Regulations (CCR) were the following: <br />VIOLATIONS: <br />14 <br />CCR <br />17441 <br />- Report of Station Information <br />14 <br />CCR <br />17482 <br />- Entry Signs <br />14 <br />CCR <br />17514 <br />- Parking <br />AREAS OF CONCERN: <br />14 <br />CCR <br />17452 <br />- General Design Parameters <br />14 <br />CCR <br />17485 <br />- Visual Screening <br />14 <br />CCR <br />17512 <br />- Cleaning <br />14 <br />CCR <br />17519 <br />- Processing operations <br />14 <br />CCR <br />17557 <br />- Station Maintenance Program <br />During this inspection, the facility was evaluated for compliance <br />with applicable sections of Public Resources Code (PRC), Division <br />30 and Title 14, California Code of Regulations (CCR), Chapter 3 <br />(State Minimum Standards) and Chapter 5 (Enforcement of Solid Waste <br />Standards and Administration of So -lid Waste Facilities Permit) <br />The results of this inspection are as follows: <br />VMLATTONR <br />14 CCR 17481 - Identification Sign (I.D.) <br />The I. D. sign did not indicate the name of the station operator. <br />The sign must show "Independent Trucking Co. Inc." as the station <br />operator. <br />14 CCR 17485 - Visual Screening <br />Additional visual screening is needed along the southern and <br />northern boundary of the facility. These areas are open to public <br />view. <br />NOTE: 14 CCR 17485 was noted as an area of concern during the first <br />inspection of this facility. <br />Waste nagement Specialist <br />11 <br />
