Independent Trucking Co. Inc. <br />Page 4 of 4 <br />14 CCR 17534 - Drainage Control <br />The facility at the present time does not appear to have adequate <br />drainage control. According to Joseph Betts (president), the <br />facility has a catch basin at the site which flow s directly to the <br />city sewer system. However, per my telephone conversation with <br />Frank Tucker with the City of Stockton Utility District, they did <br />not appro e the drainage water coming from the facility to be <br />connecteAhe city sewer system. <br />CONCLUSIONS <br />The operator of this facility needs to correct the deficiencies <br />noted in this report in order to be in compliance with applicable <br />sections of the PRC and CCR. <br />Waste Management/Specialist <br />
