I <br />met Joe Betts (president) and Alan Biedermann (LEA) at the site. <br />I continued my inspection the next day. After the state <br />inspection, I discussed the results with Mr. Betts, Mr. <br />Biedermann and Dan Maglionico (EBA Waste Management Consultant) <br />at the office of Mr. Greg Basso (owner). <br />Three violations of State Minimum Standards were observed and are <br />documented below.
